Are you ready to make a significant impact in the world of supply chain optimization? As a Supply Chain Optimization Consultant, you’ll harness your energy and vision to drive innovation across customer operations. You’ll be part of the cross-border OptimAI team located in Belgium and the Netherlands, collaborating with experts in planning, optimization and AI to deliver exceptional results. 

As part of the OptimAI Team, you will: 

• Contribute to supply chain optimization initiatives using advanced optimization and AI tools and innovative methodologies. 

• Build and nurture strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders. 

• Develop compelling demonstration scenarios and proof of concepts to showcase the value of optimization and AI tools to prospective clients. 

• Contribute to the OptimAI community, sharing expertise and supporting team growth. 

• Work together in a team environment, using different supply chain software solutions. 

• Combine deep content expertise with an entrepreneurial spirit to identify new opportunities and drive continuous improvement. 

If you’re passionate about driving supply chain innovation, building strong relationships, and working collaboratively to shape the future of optimization, we invite

• Bachelor’s or university degree — ideally in econometrics, applied economics, mathematics, commercial sciences, civil engineering, or commercial engineering 

• At least 5 years of relevant work experience in a similar position 

• Tech-savvy with a strong affinity for technology and digital solutions; previous experience in the IT sector or an IT-related background is considered a plus

• Strong communication skills and proven analytical problem-solving ability 

• Experience in mentoring and collaborating within diverse, customer-centric teams 

• Currently residing in the Netherlands and previous professional experience in the country 

• Experience in advanced supply chain optimization platforms 

• Experience with DELMIA Quintiq or More Optimal is considered a plus 

• Fluent in both English and Dutch

• A permanent contract and a gross monthly salary between €3500 and €5000 (based on 40 hours per week). The exact amount depends on your experience and the role; 

• 8% holiday allowance;

• 8% profit sharing on target (or a fixed OTB amount, depending on the role);
