We have received your application. What next?
We go through your CV and cover letter. Do we see a match? Then a recruiter will call you to further discuss your application and motivation.
The first interview
Then it's time for your first formal interview – online or at the office. During the first interview, we will discuss your competences and previous work experience. We will talk about your career plan, availability and flexibility, and align expectations.
The second interview
Do we both have a positive feeling? Then we would like to invite you for a second interview at our office. We will go deeper into the context of your future projects. Based on your profile, we may also ask you to take an online assessment or technical test, or to make a business case.
After the job interview
We insist on letting you know about our decision, whatever the outcome. We will discuss how you experienced the application process and share feedback we received from colleagues you were in contact with. Don't hesitate to stay in touch with the people you met, even after a ‘no’.
Welcome to the team!
A personal welcome on your first day
On arrival, you will be greeted by some of our recruiters and your manager. They will introduce you to the organisation and your specific department. You will also learn what Sopra Steria is all about: innovative projects, inspiring colleagues and our core values.
